About Us

Arrowhead Air Conditioning is a Christian family-owned and operated business. Our core values are honesty, integrity, and respect.

In the spring of 2015, I had a vision to start an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) contracting business in the West Valley of Phoenix. I saw a need for an innovative approach to air conditioning and heating repair and installation, one that involves thorough inspection, testing, proper system sizing and design, to ensure the customer has the most efficient and comfortable system possible for their home. It is also paramount for me and my team to educate the customer on the many advantages of a properly sized, tuned, and installed system.

I first started in the HVAC industry in 1993, working for a large company in the Phoenix area in the parts department. Over my 10 years with the company, I held many positions in the company from installer, salesman, supervisor, and technician. The diversity of these many positions made me a well-rounded asset to the HVAC industry. This is where I met the love of my life Rita. It is Rita who will greet you when you call the West Valley number.

In October 2021, Arrowhead Air Conditioning and Heating LLC, White Mountain Division began operating from Eagar, Arizona. With the help of my brother Josh, the White Mountain Division was created to expand our presence in Arizona. When you call the White Mountain Division, Josh’s wife Valerie will greet you on the phone. His son Ryan is a promising HVAC professional of the future and you will often see him on jobs assisting and learning the skills of the trade.

At Arrowhead, we pride ourselves on inspecting the “entire” system and making determinations for the best course of action, including repair, replacement, or improvement of existing systems. We provide our customers with options the customer can choose from, and we take the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. We treat your home and HVAC system the same way we treat our own, as well as make suggestions for repair or replacement accordingly, we strive to maintain a high level of professionalism in our industry.

Some major obstacles we encounter as an HVAC contractor are the ever-changing government regulations on the industry that affect both the cost of doing business, as well as the continued education to stay on the leading edge of the industry. Our team is involved in continued education, and it is not unusual to find us reading through equipment manuals or reading industry news online, even during off time, to familiarize ourselves with the ever-evolving HVAC industry. It is our goal at Arrowhead to use only premium equipment and provide a premium service/installation.

Over the years, we at Arrowhead have discovered that most homeowners do not realize their systems are not working properly. Homeowners just live with common problems, such as hot spots, cold spots, high humidity, high electric bills, noisy air flow, noisy equipment, etc. The list goes on and on. Most homeowners do not know that these problems can be solved, sometimes very inexpensively, other times with major changes. We use only premium equipment and provide a premium installation/repair.
